Rainhill Hall

Communication pre check in was good and it was confirmed a late check in was okay. Quite a maze from reception with no signage so finding my way out in the morning took a while. Room itself was comfy enough. Dust on the kettle so got the impression room hadn't been used for a day or two. Single use toiletries in the bathroom. Grounds around the hotel are nice and on a sunny day would be nice to walk round/sit outside with a drink.

We spent a few hours here and it was okay. The environment is calm and quiet. The staff were friendly as well.

Nice hotel, nice price whats more to like!

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was nice. I was disappointed with the room however. Firstly upon entering it smelt musky. Turning on the TV I found none of the channels worked or were tuned in. The internet kept dropping out also. When taking a bath, the water had to run for around 5-10minutes before it ran hot. Also the bed seemed to be two single mattresses together as when laying in the middle I seemed to fall between the two.

I thought very good good value for moneyit was what i wanted very nice place i will b going bk there lovely maintained grounds over all very happy

Really nice hotel. Great value for money. Really lovely breakfast.

My stay was ok my room was a bit noisy pipes sounds of upstairs flushing the door steps in the hallways very load but overall a standard hotel not sure who had the wood floor idea for the corridors the hotel could do with a bit of investment but that being said I would stay again I’m pretty easy going

Beautiful property, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and staff were fantastic

Lovely stay for long bank holiday weekend. Would defo return and the restaurant is a must for the Sunday roast lunch.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was exceptionally clean. Breakfast is a must.
