Very friendly upon arrival, room was clean & good value for money. Ideal for the train into Liverpool. Train station a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

"Nice hotel"

Nice hotel, clean and friendly. Room was incredibly cold and the heater wasn't turned on at arrival, took all night for the room to become warm.

"Good food, awful decorators "

Lovely location, staff were very friendly and the food was good, but the decorating in the room was pretty poor. Badly papered walls, ungrounded tiles, now shower curtain, meaning you flood the bathroom, bed with missing slats, really let it down. However, for what it cost, it was good.
