Positive aspects: The hotel facilities are fantastic, with beautiful decoration and luxury in every detail. The location is perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation. Areas for improvement: Service quality: Unfortunately, the service does not match the level of the facilities or the price point. During the same week, I also stayed at Nobu Ibiza, where the service was impeccable. In comparison, Six Senses fell short, which strongly influenced my decision to choose Nobu for future visits to Ibiza. Room service: The housekeeping was below expectations. Coffee cups were not washed, and essential amenities such as salt for the bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee capsules, and even garbage removal were not consistently replenished. Food leftovers were also left behind, which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel. Restaurant service: Service at both breakfast and dinner was slow. The in-room dining experience was particularly disappointing—orders were incorrect multiple times. On one occasion, I ordered just ice cream, and even that was not delivered properly (the chocolate scoop requested was not provided). Six Senses Ibiza is a stunning property, but the service quality is far from what guests should expect at this level. Attention to detail, speed, and consistency in both housekeeping and dining services need significant improvement.

The thing was coordinated the staff were okay maybe because it's busy season but we've stayed there previously and it was completely different. I would not go again.

Best Hotel ever! Stayed 3 nights in a villa and everything it's fantastic. From the infrastructure, the food, the pool and the fantastic staff. This was one of the best stays of my life.

You can not advertise and 5star hotel and the the main bar is closed at 1030pm

Understaffed.Waited for room service for over an hour. Restaurant very poor. This is not a 5* hotel. Nothing like the other Six Sense Hotels. Will not be back.V disappointing.

First time in Ibiza and really enjoyed the architecture and views the hotel offers. Rooms are comfy and the breakfast is excellent. Relaxed pool scene and an amazing spa. The sea and rocks are a bit uncomfortable and not seamless to access but enjoyable nonetheless. I would definitely go back and the hotel is close to being perfect.
