Liked our room and the setting the hotel is in

We just felt very underwhelmed. Felt like there wasn’t enough staff. Some staff were hard to understand. The dinner options were not good and one night could only go into one restaurant. We won’t be coming back

Die Anlage war traumhaft schön, der Ausblick auf das Meer einfach atemberaubend. Gym und Spa sind vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand, es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt Frühstück ist a la Carte, aber auch ein kleines Buffet mit frischen Obst, Käse, Fleischwaren, Brot und Gebäck (was vollkommend ausreichend ist). Man sieht die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge.

Vielleicht meckern auf hohen Niveau, aber die Zimmer sind nicht gut abgedichtet, meiner Meinung nach. Wenn nachts Restaurants unter den Wohnungen laute Musik anhaben, hört man es. So könnte ich eine Nacht nicht wirklich schlafen und müsste warten bis es nach 0 Uhr ist, damit es etwas ruhiger wird. Wenn das Hotel hier keinen Einfluss hat, dann eventuell darüber nachdenken ob man nicht Ohrstöpsel im Bad mit anbietet. Für alle die, die etwas Lautstärken empfindlich sind. Mir hätte es den einen Abend sehr geholfen. Und der Service ist für den hohen Preis leider nicht gerechtfertigt. So hatte ich Wasser und mein Mann ein Bier bestellt. Mein Mann hat sein Bier innerhalb 10 Minuten bekommen, auf mein Wasser müsste ich 40 Minuten warten mit 3 mal nachfragen. Ich denke am Pool gibt es wenig Struktur, die Kellner machen den Anschein sich verlaufen zu haben und wissen nicht genau wohin mit den Getränken. An einem anderen Tag, hatte ich Wassermelone bestellt und müsste wieder über 30 Minuten warten, mit 2 mal nachfragen. Dann hatte ich Nüsse bestellt und der Kellner wollte die Nüsse meiner Liegen Nachbarin geben, wobei sie keine bestellt hatte. Vielleicht wäre es gut, an den Liegen eine Nummer anzubringen, damit man es besser im System eintippen kann und die Kellner es besser nachverfolgen können und das ganze nicht so chaotisch aussieht.

We had an amazing time at SS Ibiza. The villa was the perfect combination of peace but still close enough for us to enjoy all the amazing facilities this hotel offers. We were a group of 4 and the Villa enabled us to be together comfortably and make use of the resort's facilities. The Beach Caves restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay - such a magical setting. Sunset watching over a great meal. Thank you so much Anais and Filipo, for your attentive service that brought it all together. A nice surprise was our meal at Partal- incredible tapas and wonderful outdoor place. Julietta was so welcoming - her friendliness and generosity made it extra special. One of our mornings was spent at the Rocky beach, and we’re so glad we did. With crystal-clear water, comfortable oceanfront beds, and a relaxing snorkeling sesson, it was the perfect time to unwind. Thank you, Lili, so much for an amazing 90 minute pre-natal massage. You knew exactly hat I needed. l left the spa feeling absolutely awesome! Our time at six senses was memorable, we can't wait to be back.

It’s probably the best hotel in Ibiza - the facilities are superb, well taken care of and complete. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast is outstanding (personally probably the best six senses breakfast I’ve tried so far globally). Also it’s great to be slightly away from the crowded places.

Overall pricing at the restaurants is similar to the top restaurants on the island, which is pricey but ok. However, the beach caves restaurant pricing is beyond acceptable. Portions (while yummy) are small - The negative highlight is a side of potatoes, for 38 EUR (which included 3 millefeuille style potatoe cubes). Needs to be fixed to offer guests enough variety of food over the course of a longer stay

The property is beautiful. The service is very average and not at a 5 star level. The staff is very young and just not experienced enough to give the service required at this level of hotel. While kind, they are very green. Examples include: giving us a key at check in that didn’t work 3 times and took multiple attempts and visits back to reception to resolve; and slowness in responding to requests. On our last full day, a young woman came to our breakfast table to sell us hotel experiences. She only addressed my husband despite there being 6 people at the table. when he responded that we did not need anything, she pressed him on what we were doing that day. At no point did she ask us if we were enjoying our stay or if she could answer any questions. She wasn’t mean, it just seamed that it was her first day on the job. One other thing to note; while the property is stunning, it is really far away from everything. While I was looking for a hotel removed from the party scene of Ibiza, I was not prepared for the 45 minute drives to and from virtually every restaurant, beach club, hippie market etc. our transportation bill was very pricey and we spent a lot of time in the sprinter. The breakfast was wonderful! The prices for everything at the hotel were much higher than what other 5 star hotels charge which becomes more noticeable when location preempts you from eating every meal somewhere else. Because of service, prices and distance, I am not sure I would return.

Hotel rooms are not conducive to sleep, had to check out and go elsewhere to get a decent nights sleep. Spent 2 nights and the day inbetween trying to catch up on lost sleep from the room. Service from guest services is slow to say the least, hardly proactive. Not a 5 star experience. Lack of restaurant options as they close some so your left to eat at the Spanish for lunch and dinner regularly. Beautiful location and looking hotel but the experience is not the same. Very disappointed. Not worth the 10's 1000's

Beautiful property

Service was not up to scratch. I've stayed here a couple of times this summer and the service is not 5 star. They do work to resolve issues but are slow to respond and communicate, guest relations is slow and a let down for the property. Lack of restaurant availability meant eating in the Spanish regularly.
