Highly enjoyable stay. Villa spacious and well layed out. Cleaned daily to a very high standard. Rooms off a courtyard and separate living area really good size for hanging out after kids down. Good sized pool in villa. Almost all villa’s 3 bedroom so if u book 2 then one is locked. Can easily combine small families. Breakfast very good. Italian restaurant with new Italian head chef very nice especially the pizza and seafood. Food good by beach but service there was a struggle. Not as dialled in as the rest of staff. Kids club was one of highlights. Big cool space suitable for single digits in age kids. Sick ball pond slide lots of climbing and exploring to be done. Good range of activities. So big staff aren’t able to supervise littlies. Water park unreal but closed 3/7 days we there. Also the junior part not open. Bit disappointing but maybe because high season over. Would be gutted if it was closed and we only staying a couple of nights. Pretty sweet bowling /karioke / sports bar at the hub that is good for older kids or something different. A massive thank you to Trinh manager who was incredibly helpful and reactive to couple of minor issues we had initially. Had them sorted immediately. Made to feel welcome and cared for by awesome team at hotel throughout. Heard the spa was incredible. Though massage close by really good and fraction of price. Gym was new clean and kitted out very well. Massive complex but most “stuff” other than lobby in close vicinity next to beach. Never waited longer than a few mins for a buggy. Prob could do with some mirrors at junctions as a bit of a hazard walking with small kids / pram. Thanks again to all the staff the made for a great weeks holiday. Would def recommend. Highly.

Amazing food!!! Best food on the island! Dylan Khue served us and it was such a pleasure to have such a friendly, but most of all English speaking staff. We enjoyed our lunch and will be back for dinner!

Peaceful place. Lovely place. Kids friendly place too. Really nice breakfast. Taxi available all the day. The villa was incredible. People are really kind and helpful.

Our team staying here a few days. It truly nice place and a lot service good. Sports bar The Hub, The Bay kitchen and Yoza Arabic food. The service was excellent, especially thanks Dylan and Dinh in The Bay Kitchen restaurant. He so kind and helpful. They remember us at the morning Tea and coffee, our interest also!

We stayed here for a week after spending some time in Ho Chi Minh and Da nang. We wanted to save the best until last and I would say it was almost there! The beach is amazing although there are some building works going on at the moment . We had some problems at check in, I asked to upgrade our villa and was assured we would have one reserved for us, however this was not honoured when we arrived. The duty manager was very good at getting this sorted and we ended up in the most amazing villa and were very happy for the rest of our time here. There were a few issues, some of the staff weren’t as great, we kept being confronted rudely by lifeguards claiming we weren’t staying at the hotel, which was really quite offensive considering we’d spent a lot of money to stay here. The spa was also very expensive so went out in to the row of shops to get massages. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety.

Great facilities. Excellent pool. Beach was stunning, although as soon as you ventured away from the resort the amount of rubbish washed up was shocking - feel like the resort has a responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the entire beach, not just its own patch as much of the rubbish surely comes from hotel guests.

As mentioned, slightly uncomfortable about the impact of the resort on local environment - hotel management should have a responsibility to maintain the beach (not leave one end of it to absorb all of the pollution and rubbish). Marriott also has a role play here. The quick development of surrounding area is also quite strange - plenty of newly built blocks left derelict (feels a bit eerie) - clearly waiting for the demand to match growth of area, but not quite there yet.
