I walked to my car and my rear view mirror was damaged, because we parked along the street, of the property.

It’s always clean and quiet, and of course Pet Friendly!

We love the area and the property itself

The room had roaches as soon as we entered the room. The staff is very rude trying to kick us out during the stay because the owner placed us in an area that is not normally pet friendly but my dog is a service dog and we had stayed there before.

Our stay was truly amazing. The place is super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room — it had a full kitchen, living area, and bathroom, all spotless and well-maintained. You can really tell they care about the details. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were always available, helpful, and kind. They made us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is quite large, with several buildings on the same block, which makes everything easy and convenient. Another big plus: they offer a very affordable laundry service and free parking, which is a huge bonus nowadays. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. Congrats to the whole team for their amazing service and hospitality!

I liked having a reserved area for my dog.

Old facilities, confusing check-in. The address they sent in the email did not match the check-in location and no one cared to help. I spent an hour trying to locate the location and check-in. The place had a lot of smokers in the common areas and was not clean.

Great service and was able to stay with my dogs.

I tried checking in but then found out that you had to be 21 to check in. I had already paid and asked for a refund to which the staff agreed to help, but when Expedia reached out to them they denied my refund and then stopped answering our calls.

Older family motel that was clean and comfortable. Convenient to Gullstream Park. Just off the main drag.
