Near the train station and very clean.

Lockers bottom of the bed quite small for regular size lock so I couldn't use it

The location is wonderful, right in city centre. Kitchen is now open 24/7, which is really helpful. Friendly staff. I've stayed many times before and it's always been exceptional, but standards seem to have dropped this visit.

Only 1 shower was working, so there was a significant wait in the mornings to use it. Bathroom was dirty, with sand and mud over the floor. Sink was partially blocked. I spoke with staff to inform, but was not cleaned in the 2 days I stayed. Found a toothbrush and sanitary pad underneath my mattress when I stripped my bed before leaving. It was also noticeably dusty. Explained to staff, who claimed that was not possible. Really disappointed in this stay.
