Good overall. Tried checking in couple hours early and was told couldn’t! Most every hotel I’ve ever stayed at you could check in couple hours early. Just saying!

The pictures online didnt do this place justice. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing too! Overall i was very satisfied.
The dispensers for toiletries were too high for short persons shower curtain was short resulting in puddles outside shower area
Very bad stay
The room was actually too cold, and BTW, we did not get a receipt because the computer was down on the morning of the 27th. We were told it would be emailed, but it hasn't.
I rarely do reviews and if I do I normally will give a 4-5 star if they accommodated without any issues. Got there at 4:30pm to check in. Room was not clean (suppose to be ready at 3pm). Went your event and came back at 10pm. They have given out all the rooms and had none available. Very rude customer service. I would advise anyone trying to stay here to look elsewhere!!!
