Radisson Collection Hotel, Bodrum

everyone was amazing and the hotel is beautiful

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the spa is a perfect place to relax. But what truly made the experience special was the staff — they felt like a little family. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to me, my brother, and especially my puppy! We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

I would say almost nothing, or to be more accurate they offered us a birthday cake with candle on my birthday but forget to provide matches to light it and despite several requests weren't able to provide them and we could only light it up with a cigarette lighter borrowed by the front office staff that we had to come down to return!!!!

What happened to Turkish Hospitality?? I was used to some good service in Istanbul and some Cappadocia Hotels but at this hotel the staff, with 2 or 3 exceptions were almost all more interested in their cellphones then in the paying guests; no pride in the job or in providing, at least, a reasonable service. Some examples: At check-in we were offered a non-alcoholic beverage of our choice.. As we took care of the process quite fast we were asked if we prefered to have them in the room to what we agreed.. The drinks never showed up, and I had to phone 3, THREE times to have them. At 2nd day on breakfast they said they run out of English breakfast tea for my Wife despite it existence in the room..of course I had to tell them to get it from housekeeping as no one there thought of that. All the coffees in the 4 days of our stay (so more then 20 coffees as we were 4 persons) were served without spoon.. You don't use spoons in Bodrum Some bread were frozen and still cold. The breakfast spread was small and monotonous for a 4 day stay, mainly cheese quality; one of the days they run out of water melon and as I asked for more there wasn't despite the next day it appeared.. It looks like they didn't want trouble. Housekeeping was very unreliable.. Some days no turndown service, as others theys showed up, took all the towels away and forget to replace so had to ask !!! No place to put the hand soap ant the trash bin was not working as the top didn't belong to the bottom part. No service in the beach the was full of trash; All the visitors to the beach could use the Hotel chairs as there was no enforcement from the inexistent staff. And don't think this is all like that in Bodrum because we had excellent service in some restaurants, namely Karul Bitez. So I recommend avoiding Radisson Collection and staying somewhere else.. Of course in a different price range go to MO or Aman or for something in the middle to the Edition.

Everything about the hotel and the stay was fantatistic. Lovely hotel purpose built and set to enjoy the anthaven surrounding. Elena helped organise all of our trips and tours that we organised. Elena did everything we asked of our and we couldn’t ask for anymore from her. We love to travel, and there was no problem using this as our point to travel from. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and sweet. The hotel itself opens up onto the anthaven development, and it’s a fantastic development. Plenty of cute looking architecture around the marina; plenty of nice shops. A lot of restaurants in the area to choose from with plenty of variety. The aspat beach is beautiful. Anthaven isn’t part of the hotel, but the hotel is built on the anthaven complex and it’s important to realise this. For us, the two things combine beautifully.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection Hotel in Akyarlar, Bodrum and would happily come back again. The hotel is in a really nice spot peaceful and quiet, but still close to the beach and only a short drive to other places around the peninsula.Our room was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony where we could sit in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and everything felt well looked after. One of the best parts of the stay was the staff always smiling, polite, and helpful. You could tell they really cared about guests having a great time.
