"Beautiful location but disappointing Radisson Collection Experience!"

The room and view are great. The spa and breakfast are not 5 star hotel :(

The service is very questionable for 5 stars hotel. We had to call for many reasons. We didn’t have hair dryer in the room and it took them so long to bring it. Our room wasn’t clean many mornings and it was very uncomfortable as we were staying with the kid and one of the reasons to choose hotel was a cleaning service which should simply daily routine. There were many other issues as well.

Понравилось все! Лучший отель в Бодруме. Красивая бухта, тихое место, лучший персонал, повысили номер до премиум, вкусные завтраки, обеды и ужины. Хамам,сауна бассейн с 10.00 до 22.00, превосходно. Бесплатная парковка. Станция для зарядник электрокара. Дизайнерский номер, мягкие подушки, отличный вид из окна, в общем можно перечислять и перечислять, рекомендосьен! Вернёмся обязательно именно в этот отель!

"It may be a little out of the way, but the great service and attentive staff make it well worth it."

The whole experience was excellent. Special mention for the excellent staff and services from the checkin to the breakfast services.

Location is a bit out of town, however, as it was the off-season, commuting was not an issue, plus many things to do within the hotel in a relatively warmer climate.
