Perfect location and lovely room.

The breakfast included is very basic however was fine and staff at the cafe were really nice.

Great location, host was helpful arranging transfer and was even able to check-in early. Only wished stayed longer.

Luisa is a superb host & due to a sudden 24hr train strike our plans had to change so we couldn’t stay & enjoy Pisa & accommodation as preferred with Luisa helping us with train & bus options. A very secure & nice accommodation Great location for cathedral & tower

The property was gorgeous. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable. I was a solo traveller and felt very safe there. The location was great.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : l’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de la Piazza dei Miracoli et des principaux sites de Pise. La chambre était très confortable, impeccablement propre et décorée avec goût. La literie était excellente, ce qui a été particulièrement apprécié après notre voyage. Le système de check-in était simple et efficace, et les explications fournies étaient très claires. Le petit-déjeuner inclus dans le café partenaire était également un vrai plus, avec des produits de qualité dans un cadre agréable. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage à Pise
