very comfy and cozy location, only 10 min walk to all the tourist attractions. very helpfull host

We had a lovely time in Pisa. The room was clean and very cosy! We didn't expect it to be a room where we had to use codes to get into the main area and our room, but it was actually really handy and easy. The breakfast was in an really cosy restaurant, with nice staff and delicious coffee/ croissants! Luisa gave us all the right information and was very friendly!

The other rooms/ hallway are a bit noisy so you can hear a lot. Which means when someone from the other room is leaving, you can hear that.

Bon emplacement, facilite pour obtenir la chambre. Lit comfortable.

Great location, easy walk to tourist attractions. Lovely big spacious room, very clean and tidy. Lovely building. Welcome drinks were a lovely touch, thank you.

The bathroom was very tiny but that’s all we can fault.

Very clean, modern and comfortable beds.

We liked everything with the property.

The property was exceptionally clean & in a great location just a few minutes walk from the leaning tower of Pisa. The host Luisa was super helpful with informative guide and kindly arranged a taxi for our trip to the station

I prefer to have a reception but Luisa was very accessible for any queries
