It was clean, the decor was lovely, and staff was helpful and friendly.

We didn’t like how early the spa closed.

Clean, modern, and comfortable. Close to the San Juan ferry.

Breakfast was minimal: hard boiled egg, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc. But enough to start your day.

Easy to find and free car parking

A fair way drive to Downtown and restaurants. Room was small and cramped. Very poor breakfast selection with nothing available hot.

The door locks didn’t line up so it would not lock, this is the main door (Major safety issue). The same issue with the bathroom, the door wouldn’t close all the ways.

The room was clean.

The staff was not welcoming or helpful. There was only decaf coffee in the room, the coffee cups were not clean, the staff told me when I called about this that I would have to wait for breakfast to start at 8:30am for coffee.

Location

Breakfast starts at 8:30. The website says 7 to 9. No one at the front desk in the morning and no coffee in the lobby.
