I requested a top floor room at the end of the hall. When we arrived, the desk said they COULD not make any changes because it was booked through a 3rd party, in this case Booking.com. I was very disappointed that all freedom in the reservation is non-exisitant. Disappointed enough to not continue using Booking.com in my travels. We travel alot and found that your company worked well for us however, I will discontinue using you guys. You have too much power over the choices made at booking compared to what actually happens at the property.

I wanted a place where I could walk to the early morning shuttle bus to SEA-TAC. I was pleased to find that I could also walk to a variety of dinner choices, a market with a needed ATM and snacks.

The defuser was broken on the desk lamp, so it was a very bright bulb. Not a big problem, but, you asked.

New and quiet hotel conveniently located near shopping.

It was available. There was a room view of water and boats. Nice sunrise. There was a Keurig coffee maker with good coffee in the room.

The breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever. It started at 7:30 on the weekend and 9:00 on Monday. The 2 people rushed in the door at 9:00 to set it up. My bottom sheet wadded up, wouldn’t stay tucked. I told the housekeeping lady, she remade the bed and it was still terrible.
