Fehlende Gastfreundlichkeit, Empfang fühlte sich an wie Abfertigung. Frühstück ist für den Zimmerpreis sehr mager und lieblos. Seltsam ist, dass das Fixleintuch von der Matratze rutscht.

Non-existent maid service; insufficient staff.

The shower floor we had to put a towel down to step in there. It was dirty black. Deck had bird droppings all over it we had to ask to clean it. The dishwasher had not been run when we checked in and there was no soap to run it. Stingy with towels. 2 of us and 2 towels. Breakfast very limited hours, during weekday 9-10am, and little to no food options. One gal at front desk not helpful at all. Santos was helpful.

Decent property. I did find the bed and pillows uncomfortable though. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many choices- boiled eggs, cereals, etc. and good coffee.

We picked this property because it seemed clean and modern and it was exactly that. It's not fancy but it's not low rent either. The staff is fine, but it's not a 24/7 desk, so if you come in after hours, you will have to pick up your key outside in a drop box designated specifically for you and you'll get an email telling you how to get your keycard. The continental breakfast is severely disappointing (ie: you main entree options are boiled eggs or a packaged madeleine cookie, lol) that has the typical yogurt, toast, cereal, and coffee options. It's very sparing so if that's important to you, get breakfast somewhere else. Other than that, this is a clean, safe place to stay and if you have a whaling excursion, you're either 5 minutes away or 15 mins away, so it's easy enough to get around.

I did not like that the front desk only had somebody there on certain hours. Anytime we had to go to the front desk nobody was available to assist. When we got into the room, there were still wet towels from the previous people. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets kept coming off. The breakfast was sad and could barely be called breakfast. The price was right but I will not be staying here again.
