El piso no estaba muy limpio, la falta de aire acondicionado hacía que el calor fuese poco soportable ya que el piso es subterráneo. Por otro lado el wifi no funcionaba, la dueña nos ofreció una solución (devolución de 20€) que nunca ha llegado, por lo contrario nos ha acusado de quemar un instrumento de cocina que ya estaba quemado. Después de insistirle continuamente en buscar algún tipo de solución nos ha acabado ignorando. Los utensilios de cocina necesitaban un fregado y la caldera perdía agua, así como la puerta del baño no cerraba y una de las luces de la sala principal al estar tan baja hacía que te dieses contra ella en la cabeza constantemente.

Unfortunately, the conditions are really bad — the thermostat shows only 14 degrees, and it’s far too cold to stay here or sleep properly. I informed the host about this, followed the instructions to adjust the heat, but the temperature wasn’t improving. So after 1 night I was promised that i will get my refund for the rest of the days, so I moved out to other place. Unfortunately host haven’t respond to me from the day I left and up till now it has been 5 days since i moved to other location and still host, booking support haven’t responded to my calls yet. Very disappointed
