For the price you can't complain, it has all the necessary. The location is near a tram stop and the building is quiet.

I've asked for some requests from the host but never got answered which is strange.

We were in mid summer and there was no AC nor fan.

Easy access to the apartment. Detailed instructions how to find the keys and get in. Clean and comfortable. Very good location.

little bit confused how to pay for the parking for one day. Probably it is good to add this information to the instructions for the apartment.

There is no balcony! I always look for an apartment with balcony, but there is just an entrance to building, otherwise it is basement flat with no balcony or terrace.
