Low price, good AC, comfortable bed, pleasant view from the soundproof window. Most of the staff was excellent.

One staff member was rude to me; passive aggressive. The check in machine was not working when I arrived and it took me a while to figure out where to go for help. They charge 30 to check in before 3, even if the room is ready, which is unusual and not very hospitable on a very hot day.

Stayed at Felix Hotel during a business trip, and it was great. The rooms are new, clean and most importantly air conditioned. Probably not a big deal but if you need a hairdryer, you have to get one at the reception Would definitely recommend staying there.

Beide Check-In Automaten defekt; meiner Tochter wurde eine Karte für ein Zimmer ausgehändigt, in dem eine vierköpfige Familie bereits schlief!
