Very comfortable and stylish condo-style accommodation. Love the "city view" of historic downtown smiths falls. Great cafe in the building.
Very spacious, comfortable, well appointed. Downtown. No reg. desk, but good facility to get the suite key on arrival. very pleasant coffee shop in the building. Only glitch is a microwave working at random in my suite (104)

Located in downtown Smith Falls ... restaurants/bars/small shops all in walking distance. This apartment building is a better option vs. local hotels.
This was a great transition place as we were in between houses. Had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here . Ideal for adults travelling for business.

Pros: We did enjoy our stay. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and had most everything we needed. The local representative met us when we arrived to hand over the fob and show us to the unit. The beds were comfortable and the bath room was huge. We received our security/damage deposit back promptly a few days after our stay. Cons: We were 3 adults and 2 teens staying in the 2 bedroom & sofa bed - 1 fob was not enough as it complicated comings and goings of our group (we did eventually obtain a 2nd fob). As well, the sofa bed did not sleep 2 unless it was small children, not 2 teenage boys. On our checkout day, the power was out. There were no back up emergency lights in the hallway and stairwell which was dangerous. It also affected the ability to enter the building as the fob was not able to open the door. Overall, it was a good experience and the perfect place for a family multi-day stay when attending an out-of-town wedding. We would book there again.
