"Excellent property incorrectly described"

Everything is great. Very high quality and standard property. Very convenient location. Couldn't be nicer

A serious complaint. Why is it advertised as 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms when it is 4 bedrooms and only 2 bathrooms? How can that mistake happen? I only booked the property because it promised 3 babathrooms. If you want 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms nothing will be beat this property. But 3 bathrooms no it has not.

"A lovely house in a great location, perfect for a family holiday."

A well designed house in very good condition. Good for a group. Pretty garden. Great location very close to the beach, looking over the fens. A short walk along the beach to the centre of Aldeburgh.

"An attractive house in a good location near shops and the sea."

Nice house in good location with lovely outlook.

Key has to be collected from locked box by front gate before can open garage to bring down luggage from car. Only one set of keys. Heating very difficult as didn't appear to work for first 24 hours and is controlled by the owners. Very cold at times in the sitting room. 14 degrees.

The house was beautifully appointed, spacious and warm. With every possible thing supplied . Would have loved to have stayed longer!

Nothing could be improved once we knew to wait for the water to reheat between showers .

The beds and all the seating were really comfortable. The property was exceptionally clean and we felt at home straight away. Nice modern bathrooms with lots of hot water. Great to have parking a large garage. Plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and all other utensils. We loved the log burner and the christmas decorations were a nice touch. The linen was clean and the beds were really comfy!

Slightly larger bath towels would have been nice and a different frying pan!

Good location, high-quality finish of property, well-euipped, comfortable beds.

Bit of a hassle getting key initially as need it to access garage and enter property at rear. We had to replace fob battery as wasn't working properly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest. The house is in a great location about two minutes’ walk from the beach. It is away from the bustle of the town which suited us well. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality furniture and fixtures. The beds are very comfortable.
