Very well laid out accommodation with a particularly large bathroom/shower, and best of all a really large comfortable bed

Nothing, maybe something to go across the door to keep the dog in but let the fresh air in, but only a small thing.

Some dusty areas/cobwebs in lounge radiator, but otherwise very clean Unable to exit the Patio door as key would not unlock the door, possible fire escape concern if needed to exit and if it was the summer months and wishing to sit outdoors We don't mind tidy up behind us at all, but stripping beds and emptying bins/ sorting recycling etc when the cleaning fee is £80 feels high for 3 rooms in effect especially for a 2 day break I think a reflective post to access the drive and better signage especially at night would be advantageous here, as there is minimal street lighting in the area. As advised, bring a good torch, the night time in winter here is pitch black outside

Great location, lots of space and beautifully quiet. Parking was good, the place was well-equipped and a very comfortable bed. Lovely hot bath and the property was nice and warm throughout our stay.

It states that there’s an £84 charge for professional cleaning after each stay. I’m not sure who they pay but I didn’t find it particularly professionally cleaned! The blue runner on the bed had unsightly stains on both sides, the glass shelf in the fridge had something horribly sticky all across it, and we couldn’t even unlock the door to our terrace to enjoy it. Frustratingly the clock in the kitchen does not work - surely a cleaner would notice that and put a fresh battery in it. The worst offender by far was the plug in the bath which had no chain on it, just a sharp piece of metal close to the plug itself. You put it in but then had to use a knife to lever it out. Managed to rip a fingernail trying to get it out. One of the wall lights in the lounge doesn’t work either. Surely if you’re playing professionals they would notice things like that. To be honest, I’d rather not have the cleaning charge listed separately as it does add insult to injury. I think what would’ve been nice was to have had a bit of milk in the fridge given how isolated the building is. It stated the welcome pack would consist of two dishwasher tablets and two toilet rolls, which there were. However, often when we stay in a place like this there’s a bottle of wine or a few chocolates or a bag of crisps. It does seem that this property is all about maximising profit and minimising output. Disappointing.

Lovely quiet location with a big safe garden for our dog to run around. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of parking. Big spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Everything was fine.

Everything was perfect and such a cosy place to stay at. Will definitely stay again 😊
