Wij vonden Olbia niet zo’n leuke stad, maar we zaten wel dichtbij een pleintje waar we elke dag ontbeten. Dat was het gezelligste stuk in een gekke, soms drukke stad.

Wij hadden best veel last van lawaai van andere kamers. Deuren die luid dichtgingen, mensen die luid praten.

Świetny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, blisko do centrum, miejsce parkingowe było w pobliżu bezpłatne. Dużym plusem są rolety zewnętrzne, dzięki temu apartament nie nagrzewał się a w nocy rolety zapewniały zaciemnienie pomieszczenia. Balkon jest cudowny

Der Gastgeber war klasse, bei der defekten Klimaanlage wurde direkt gehandelt. Check-in ist einfach und schnell. City Tax zahlt man online. Ein großer Supermarkt (SuperPan) 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, eine Art Tante Emma Laden 2 Minuten. In die Innenstadt sind es 4 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof Olbia Terranova ebenfalls 4 Minuten. Es ist sehr sauber und das Bett wirklich gut. Das Zimmer ist generell wirklich in Ordnung. Die Küche ist sehr praktisch und der TV groß.

Unsere Klimaanlage war defekt, konnten allerdings zum Glück das Zimmer wechseln. Die Einrichtung wirkt neu, beim genaueren hinsehen ist allerdings einiges recht einfach befestigt. Ablage in der Dusche und für Toilettenpapier wäre wünschenswert. Schallisolierung gibt es nicht bei Türen und Balkonscheiben, generell hört man die Straße, je nach Zimmer, sehr stark.

Brand new, modern and cozy. Well-furnished, tasteful, and good mattresses. Very clean. Modern air conditioning which makes the room temperature very comfortable. Double-glazed windows make it very quiet when closed. In downtown Olbia within walking distance to all of the attractions and shops, to the waterfront promenade and to the nighttime movida.

Not a single shelf in the bathroom. Bathroom without window. Elevator out of order so you have to carry your luggage upstairs (2/ 3 floors). Outside it’s a scorching hot street with no shade nor any shelter from the sun, not even above the entrance door… The busy and noisy street it looks out onto is not ideal … so nobody uses the lovely little balcony.
