Residencia Universitaria Resa San Mamés - Campus Accomodation

I loved the facilities various offerings: wifi, private washroom, laundry and restaurant. And the location is great!

Excellent location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Wi fi excellent. Very easy to check in.

The outside areas were dirty. It can be noisy during the day with construction. The option to change towels would be good too.

The location and the no-frills focus on the environment was all good - very much like a university dormitory. Checking in was easy, as was early arrival storage of my bags so that I could explore Bilbao. The e-key system is very convenient as well.

The water temperature control in the shower was awful - no matter what setting the water temperature varied, like a sine wave, between icy-cold and super-hot, so one needed to be very careful when showering. Also, the toilet seat was barely connected to the toilet itself, so when sitting on it, it tended to shift around. As the costs are pretty low for this Residencia, there were a lot of young people there (students at the Engineering University?) and they tended to congregate in <loud> groups in the hallway at night.

todo bien ,quizá alguna persona de recepción fue bastante antipática pero los demás bien

La ubicación perfecta y muy cómoda la llegada y salida

Almohadas muy incómodas, el lavabo enano, la ducha salía agua por todos los lados menos por la alcachofa, no nos pusieron papel higiénico

Instalaciones, el personal y la ubicación para la zona que necesitábamos.

El desayuno era muy poco variado.
