Rummet var bra frukosten ok.

Obemannat hotell fick vänta en timme på nyckel till rummet. Gick inte att nå någon på telefonen. Dåligt bemötande av personal.

When i come to the hotel. There was no key for me so that i could come to my room , I called the stuff for about an hour. After an hour, someone answered and sended another stuff member, I assume. He was not nice and didn't apologize then gave me the wrong key and I got the wrong room. Disappointed....

Frukosten hade större utbud än vi förväntat oss. Vi bodde fem nätter på hotellet. Bra utgångsläge för vår semester i Västmanland.

Duschkabinen var hög att kliva in i.

Det var väldigt varmt och fuktigt och dålig lukt. Fönster gick bara att öppna några centimeter. Det fanns ingen fläkt eller AC. Jag har bott i ett annat större rum tidigare på samma hotell som varit bättre.
