Frövihotell

There is nothing particularly good about this hotel.

Arrived when the hotel was unstaffed but I was emailed instructions about checking in and where find the keys, There were no keys and it took me ages to get in touch with staff as they wouldn’t answer their phones. I got to bed much, much too late. After a while the night staff arrived. The employee apologised profusely for not having heard the Booking.com notification of a new reservation. Afterwards, as i tried to register my complaint, the staff simply denied it ever happened. I was ok with staff sleeping through notifications. Them denying it happened is however entirely unacceptable. I recommend avoiding this hotel.

Inte mycket att säga, trevligt hotel, bra pris. Tåget åker dock förbi så om du inte sover så tungt kan det bli jobbigt! Annars finfint! God frukost och fräsht rum!

Kom sent till hotellet som var obemannat. Det fanns ingen tvål i behållaren över handfatet, belysning som inte fungerade, golvet var inte torkat (väl synliga fläckar), gick inte att se på SVT 1 och 2. Dock var frukosten dagen efter mycket god. Härlig byggnad som man skulle kunna göra mycket av.

Great location across the street from the railway station. Nice atmosphere. OK breakfast, efficient check in and check out.

The location is where it is. You know that you will be off from the nearest city when you book it so it shouldn't be any surprise. The breakfast was ok. Better than what I expected based on how the hotel are in general. The bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness could be better. Old hotel and not soundproofed at all between the rooms. The room toilet smelled strong sewage which was not nice at all.
