This location offers convenient access to both the city center and the Loire Valley castles.

Location good. Refrigerator not working at all for 5 night stay. They said they will fix but never did. Also, must park underground garage. Then drag your luggage up same elevator. No way to park & drop off luggage at door. This not a five star hotel.

Sheraton hotel was nice and quiet with great restaurant. Conveniently located in airport terminal for our flight out the next morning!

Hôtel bien situé. Personnel aimable et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse et confortable ... Par contre, très important : ne pas oublier de demander à la réservation une chambre avec vue sur rue ! La nôtre était située à l'arrière de l'hôtel, en vis-à-vis à bien moins de dix mètres d'un autre immeuble, donc déjà très sombre (je ne pensais d'ailleurs pas qu'il soit possible de laisser se construire deux immeubles si près), mais surtout obligeant à garder constamment les rideaux occultants tirés, tellement les fenêtres d'en face étaient proches et l'intimité plus qu'inexistante !!! Nous ne restions qu'une seule nuit et n'avons pas voulu créer de problème (ne sachant pas non plus si un changement de chambre aurait pu être possible), mais je pense qu'il faudrait préciser cette situation très particulière au client à la réservation pour lui permettre de refuser, ou proposer ce type de chambre avec un tarif nettement inférieur (nous avons remarqué que beaucoup de personnes, pendant notre séjour, étaient en séminaire ... je pense que les responsables des budgets des sociétés apprécieraient ce type d'économies). Sinon, bon petit-déjeuner, et parking possible très proche. Tout aurait été parfait avec une chambre située sur une autre façade de l'hôtel ! Gestion de la réservation (pour un particulier) très décevante de la part d'une grande chaine d'hôtel ....

Great location, property and staff. The breakfast is expensive unless you want a very large breakfast. If you want a true (small) French breakfast you’re better off to look outside the hotel where you’ll find numerous choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely stay. Thanks for a beautiful visit to Tours. Many restaurants near by. Only suggestion would be to supply ice buckets and wine glasses in the room as well as a self serve ice machine (too cool that lovely Loire white wine and sparkling that is bought)

A perfect location with friendly staff, modern amenities and typical American style breakfast. The washer and dryer are slow, but they get the job done, so no complain.
