El baño de la recepción parecía baño público de la feria que había enfrente del hotel, por lo que faltaban toallas para secar manos y papel de baño. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, aunque tienes un restaurante público a 10 m de la entrada del hotel. El estacionamiento está súper estrecho y en malas condiciones en general. El restaurante está abierto solo para desayuno y estaban agotados en varios aspectos, servicio y muchos ingredientes. En general, el hotel está sucio y no tiene personal de servicio. Aún tomando esto en cuenta, el personal que había es muy dispuesto, amigable y muy educados.

"Moyen. Pas le service d'un 4 etoiles."

Convenable sans plus pour un 4 etoiles. La literie est confortable. Absence de gel douche dans les 2 bidons de la douche et du lavabo !! Pas de verre dans la salle de bain. Pris celui du mini bar. Dalle de faux plafond tachée dans le plénum de l'entrée. Je ne comprends pas que ce ne soit pas changé immédiatement. Il ne faut pas 3 minutes. Check out : pas un mot sur comment s'était passé notre séjour....
