Situation géographique idéale pour se rendre à pied dans le vieux Tours. Pratique : un ascenseur du parking public se trouve à quelques mètres de l’entrée de l’hôtel. Excellent accueil. En revanche, l’hôtesse étant seule à la réception (ce n’est pas de sa faute), il a fallu que je patiente longtemps au téléphone pour résoudre un petit problème de connexion wifi. Très grande chambre, écran TV géant, lit king size ferme, café ou thé à disposition, fer et planche à repasser, clim réversible réglable au demi degré : tout ça très positif. Exceptionnel et rare dans des chaînes d’hôtels : silence absolu, insonorisation au top niveau. Une adresse que je note sérieusement pour de futures haltes dans la ville.

"Tours - round the city centre!"

stay in Tours was good - experience of getting to and from the hotel with our luggage was dreadful - we weren't told by the hotel that it was one of the biggest events in Tours that weekend - most central roads were blocked due to the marathon that was taking place... couldn't get near the hotel to park or drop luggage off - took us an hour to get to the hotel from arriving in Tours.....had to walk through the marathon on Sunday in the pouring rain with our luggage..... complained to reception - apologised but offered us nothing. - not even a drink or umbrella etc - dreadful service

Hotel nuevo y en general todo muy bien y muy recomendable para visitar el Loire. La habitación para 4 personas es muy amplia y cómoda. Repetiríamos sin duda. Solo destacar como mejoras a considerar: si bien el desayuno es muy completo un día se agotó el zumo de naranja y otro día los yogures. El hotel no tiene parking propio pero hay un parking justo al lado, que podría contar con algún descuento para los huéspedes
