It was clean and extremely nice.

Management is a little stuck up and rude. They also do not fallow booking policy’s. (The pay when you get there option that booking offers isn’t something the hotel allows they ran my card instantly then proceed to call me several times while I was at work). Also the charge has been pending on my card since July 9th an I still have yet to receive my deposit back.

"Great hotel in great location for exploring"

My three kids and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel to start a vacation day in Enid. We got in really late, but were quickly checked in and off to our room. The staff was very friendly, and particularly in the morning they were very communicative when we had needs and were delightful to interact with. The room at office is comfortable and clean, and had a MASSIVE bathroom. I’ve never seen a hotel bathroom like this. It literally stretched from the hallway to the windows, the entire length of the room. Maybe this is normal for Glo hotels? The breakfast buffet was really quite good, and all my kids ate well. The hotel also had a book about Enid history in the lobby, and we browsed through it while we ate breakfast. My kids also enjoyed the hotel pool, and were basically lining up in front of the pool door, waiting for the staff to open it for the day. The hotel’s location is perfect! It was right downtown and convenient to all the museums we were going to for the day. We could walk everywhere! It was also right across the street from the library which we hung out in until the museums opened up.

Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. Bedroom was clean and modern. A sight for sore eyes.

Room 102 did not cool down at night. We set our thermostat to 67 degrees and found ourselves sweating at 2:00 AM on both nights that we stayed there.
