My parents and I were in town for a concert at the Stride Bank Center. We were able to walk to the venue, which was great! The staff was amazing…very friendly, accommodating, and caring/helpful. Wende at the front desk helped with our every need. She even offered to walk with us to the venue to make sure we could find it. Our room had 2 Queen sized beds and was big enough for my Dad’s power wheelchair to fit! The bathroom was large and has a walk in shower (a necessity for my Dad). My Dad is a 100% disabled Veteran and they made sure we had everything we needed…supplied us with a shower chair and all. The room was very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay again in the future.

We had issue w/bathroom door, which was handled quickly, Manager was nice! It took me asking to get the remaining of my $50 deposit back 3+wks after stay…but overall, great room & great stay. Recommend!!
