The decor and layout of the room was very functional. The room was furnished in trendy colors and styles of furnishings. Loved the huge bathroom!! The bed was comfortable and the bedlinens were high quality. Pleasant surprises behind the sliding bathroom doors: iron, ironing board, microwave and safe. Also, pleased to have the mini fridge. Didn't hear hallway noise and room service was prompt. Very convenient location to the venue we were attending and the downtown area.

Not excited about the train whistle after bedtime. Fortunately, we packed a small fan, which blocked the noise almost completely.

Convient to the Stride Center, easy to find! Clean,easy check in

I was on the 2nd floor, the noise from above was horrible, don't know if there were children jumping upstairs, sounded like running stomping feet! No water in the room! Coffee sucked, and the breakfast was minimal! Yogurt machine was empty, not much else to chose from!

Location, comfort of bed, cleanliness, friendliness of staff,

Cheap towels, toilet paper, lighting in bathroom and bedroom, height of bathroom countertops, eggs at free breakfast (they are always like this and taste like liquid eggs).

The room comfort and style was exceptional. The breakfast was very good! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was also very nice.

Parking could have been better. However there was really nothing to complain about.

They gave me a very dirty room. They barely cleaned it, but I found sauce on the remote, hair in the bathroom and shower, and surfaces with sauce.
