Host perfetto: assistenza prima dell'arrivo, accoglienza perfetta, consigli su cosa visitare, dove andare e dove mangiare, simpatia e cortesia ai massimi livelli. Casa pulita e completa di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Posizione perfetta, ci si sposta a piedi ovunque.

From the moment Fiorenza met us at the property everything was excellent. The place is very homely with every amenity you would need. The home is situated directly opposite the old port which was very handy for the ferries to Portofino & Cinque Terre. As we had a car the carpark directly opposite was also a bonus. Could not recommend this property highly enough.

Posizione dell'appartamento veramente eccezionale, di fronte all'acquario e praticamente a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Host perfetta, ci ha dato tanti consigli utili ed è stata sempre disponibile.

La posizione della strutura è ottima. La proprietaria è gentilissima.

The house felt like home, the host knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere, beautifuly decorated, all amenities available. The historical building has a unique feeling and coziness which you can not find in the new properties! The location is central to everything you need to see in Genoa, and the host offers you a discount for public underground parking which is a plus in such big cities. The apartment is optimally setup for families with kids (separate kids room, beautifully "marina" themed decorated, light projectors, toys, books, etc ), but it is perfect for couple as well. The host gave very clear instructions on how to get there and locate the entrance and parking, with helpful photos and indicating arrows!

Being such a central place it is also a very crowded area, and the parking gets full pretty fast especially through the day; if you wait in the queue you will eventually get a spot, so don't get discouraged by long queues if they form.
