"Very good"

Clean and comfortable and good location

We were unable to access our room until 5 pm which after a long drive from interstate was very frustrating We were informed they had computer issues and the wrong rooms were prepared. Man delivering the keys was lovely and very apologetic but when you just want to check in and relax not a great start!

"Pleasant enough - great area and a nice apartment."

Nice apartment, quiet and clean. Good location - great to have a car space.

It would have been nice to have some milk to accompany the tea and coffee - we had been travelling for 10 hours by car and it was late when we arrived - didn’t want to go out again. No reception desk - didn’t like having to ring someone to get the keys and wait for them to show - that said it was a very short wait. Another set of keys - one set was not enough for four adults. The person who met us told us we would have to contact customer service to get them. More than one towel per person - most women I know use one on their hair when they wash it.

"Great views in the heart of Carlton"

Great location. View from our 5th floor balcony was wonderful. Very convenient location.

Would be nice to have a few shelves or drawers in the robes for clothes. A reading light in the living room would be nice.

"You pay for the great location, close to city but equipped with below average amenities"

Perfect location for who come with a car and want to go to City. The propoerty is located close to good restaurants and supermarkets.

They have capsule coffee naker but no capsules, No complimentry items nor amenities like soap, tooth brushes, etc at all. This is far less than average motels or serviced apartments

"Nice property, location and peaceful."

All of it. Beds and pillows very comfy,. Especially the garbage disposal unit!

A map with the tram lines close by and where they went in the apartment would have helped a lot. An information sheet as to the location of grocery, liquor stores and how far away they were. Any recommended restaurants close by. Odd no tea towels as not always enough for dishwasher. Could globes be checked before arrival as not all were working.
