Location. The apartment was within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars. You could catch a tram into the city. It was a spacious apartment with a huge balcony. It was good value accommodation for 6 people. The beds were comfortable. A dishwasher and clothes washing machine/dryer was convenient

The stairs were very steep and difficult for young children or those with mobility issues. The apartment took a long time to heat up. There is only one car park (which we knew ahead of time). Parking in the street has a 3 hour limit and is full at night. We didn't know that the washer and dryer only operate with the bathroom light on. Also, the nespresso machine didn't seem to work. We were able to figure out the machine situation eventually. Perhaps a written instruction would be good. Lastly, the hot water took 10 minutes to run through. This seemed like a big waste of water.
