When I say customer service is top tier ! The resort is sooo beautiful, clean and well kept. 24 hour security so I felt safe at all times. Short drive to secret beach and into the city, literally close to everything in either direction. The rooms are just as advertised if not more beautiful in person. Will be back very soon !

Our stay at the Sunset Caribe was GREAT! It's in a great location, a short 15 minute drive to town. The rooms are great with great views of the bay. Swimming pools are big and weren't crowded. All of the staff was very nice. Aaron took care of us at the swim up bar and was great to talk to. I would stay here again.

Second time in Belize and this trip reminded me exactly why I came back! 🌴✨ A few weeks ago, I visited Sunset Caribe, and while I’ve stayed at some of the more expensive, picture perfect resorts on the island, this experience stood out in a completely different way. Belize itself has a magic you feel the moment you step out of the airport but what really makes it unforgettable is the people. From the second my family and I arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by Sandra at the front desk and WOW. Her energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth instantly set the tone for our entire stay. She greeted us like we mattered, like we were more than just guests checking in. That kind of hospitality is rare. Sandra went above and beyond offering great recommendations, making sure my entire family was taken care of, and always doing it with a smile. Every single one of us noticed it, and every single one of us appreciated it. Beautiful resorts are everywhere in Belize but people like Sandra are what truly make a place unforgettable. Management, I hope you realize what an incredible asset you have on your team because she made our trip. Belize continues to win my heart… and it’s because of people like her. 💙

No lençol tinha algumas marcas de sujeiras e tivemos uma intercorrência com o transfer da ida que foi informado pelo MOTORISTA que o transfer era gratis, perguntamos 4 vezes e ele afirmou que sim e no check out disse que era pago.
