"Quiet relaxing stay"

Loved the biscuits and gravy. The breakfast was so good. Also, the pool was inside, which was awesome. The bedrooms were so clean and nice and quiet. We didn’t even realize anybody was staying there until we went down to breakfast. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Housekeeping gave us extra things even though we didn’t ask for it. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything looks great. It was super nice and relaxing. There was nothing negative to say about it.

Great location opposite Starbucks, near to a pebble beach, food places, gas stations, a small museum and other fun places. The bedroom was huge and the bed itself was big and very comfortable. Great view - thank you. Polite breakfast staff - the ladies were very nice and welcoming, said good morning. Busy cleaning up and making sure everything was well stocked. Breakfast - pancake machine, the biscuits and the vegetarian omelette was nice.

Customer service upon arrival. Wasn't allowed to check in early despite sending a message way before the trip. Fake Dove products in the bathroom - I use Dove on a regular and that was not Dove. Watered down something that did not feel or smell like Dove products. Shower didn't look all the way clean. Sewage smell from the shower sink upon leaving. Holiday Inn is such a reputable chain that I genuinely expected a higher level of quality and customer service. It is also one of the most expensive hotels in the area, so I assumed the experience would reflect that — something closer to a first‑class stay, but it didn’t quite meet those expectations. NB: I am a well travelled person.
