Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Bullhead City by IHG

It’s clean, rooms are a good size and breakfast is yummy. I love the front desk staff, made checking in fun, small chit chat

I don’t have anything negative to say, this was my second time staying at the hotel and the experience was lovely

One of the best HIE locations that I've had the pleasure of staying with. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was immaculate. Breakfast coffee was very good (don't find that in many places) Breakfast was good - dining area was immaculate. My bed was heavenly comfortable.

The continental breakfast and especially the staff that run the breakfast area were above and beyond amazingly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond Elsa and Chris went out of their way to offer help and anticipate our needs. They were very busy, refilling items the whole time.

Waited a long time to check in because of room cleaning. Most hotels can offer early check-in although this one made us wait right up until 4 o’clock even though I had a handicapped person and two children with me waiting. It seems out of a four level hotel there should be at least one room available by 2 o’clock.
