They failed to tell me the elevator was down until I got there. They said it would be fixed shortly after I arrived. After dinner I asked if it was fixed yet and they said Monday. They need a new handyman if they don’t work weekends. Don’t think I would come back when I’ve had positive experiences elsewhere. The pancake maker was broken too. Seemed they were understaffed.

"Nice location but less than mediocre Holiday Inn. They have pet fees!"

Staff was friendly. That was about all that was positive for this location.

Surprised with a $30/day pet fee, that was not disclosed upfront. Breakfast was disappointing each day. Hallways were so hot but rooms were freezing. Pool was beyond disappointing and not at all what the pictures show.

The Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests consistently praise the friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. The adequate breakfast provides a good start to the day, and for those enjoying a weekend lie-in, the late breakfast hours at the weekend are a definite bonus. You'll find plenty of parking space, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. The clean rooms ensure a pleasant and relaxing environment. While it's a bit of a drive, keep in mind that the hotel is a bit far away from RMNP (Rocky Mountain National Park) if that's your primary destination. Overall, it's a solid choice for a stay in the Firestone/Longmont area.
