Great stay and close to old city

This is a well maintained hotel with exceptional customer service, comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant, located in the city. We were able to easily walk to a convenience store up the street and also buy pizza from a small shop on our walk back. We accidentally left a few charging cords after we checked out and we were immediately emailed and given three options to remedy our oversight. We would stay here again without hesitation.

A very enjoyable stay. The property is very well kept and quiet whilst it’s very centrally located. Easy to get to from the airport.

線路のすぐそばなので、少し電車の音が聞こえましたが、夜間は静かで気になりませんでした。 ホテルと駅側をつなぐ道に階段があり、キャリーバッグを運ぶ時ちょっと大変でしたが、これは仕方ないですね。 駅と直結のガレリア（ショッピングモール）も近く、旧市街も歩いてすぐです。 とても清潔で美しいホテルで、気持ち良く過ごせました。

乾淨高級但整晚火車不定時經過，房間較小，2個28吋行李打開較不方便。

We stayed here for our first city break as a couple and absolutely loved this hotel! We want to return to Krakow later in the year and will definitely be booking here again. Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the presentation of the hotel was beautiful and modern. We had a great stay!

ロケーションがいいです。お部屋は広く、タオルもフカフカでエアコンも作動しています。スタッフの方もとても親切です。私は日本人でAPAホテルや東横インなどのビジネスホテルに泊まったことがありますが、日本のビジネスホテル以上の満足度です。もしクラクフに訪れることがあれば、絶対にまた泊まりたいです！ 最高のホテルです！

This hotel is conveniently located near Krakow Central Station, offering easy access to major tourist attractions, museums, and art galleries. Furthermore, considering its hotel amenities and breakfast options, I believe it to be a hotel with a high cost-performance ratio, offering reasonable accommodation rates. The hotel staff was also friendly and made for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much.
