Sky Hotel Kraków

Great location, near old town and central station. A huge mall in front of the hotel. Hotel bar with good drink options.

El servicio de limpieza es pésimo, en el restaurante a unas personas mayores se les cayó un té y la señorita del restaurante se puso en muy mala actitud, aventando cosas mientras limpiaba, lo que nos incomodó a los demás huespedes

Marvelous hotel an easy walk from the Krakow central train station. Tried one of the top floor corner rooms since it looked a little funky and was a bit cheaper as well. Didn't realize those rooms do not have a shower, just a tub, so be forewarned if you're thinking of reserving one of those rooms. Other than that, place was super modern, clean, and service was top notch. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in Krakow (just not in one of those top corner rooms).

Very close to the train station and bus station

Hotel looks gorgeous outside , but room was disappointing . Just basic amenities, poor toiletries, railway very close to the window. Ear plugs didn’t help. Price like for 4-stars, comfort zero.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, close to city center and a mall. The rooms were spacious and clean! Loved my stay there.

Schönes Hotel gleich am Bahnhof, moderne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, absolut empfehlenswert.

If i could take any hotel with me whenever I travel it would be the Sky Hotel. Really lovely staff and a fantastic hotel. 10/10
