Lovely apartment, everything you need is available. Great A/C, very clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

Noisy because it is on a very busy street but after midnight, it is fine.

The apartment was very comfortable and quiet despite being located in the busy city center. It provided great relief from summer Sicilian heat. It was perfectly clean and we also liked its style a lot. Location is great. There are a lot of nice restaurants and things to see in the historical city center within a short distance. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. At the time we travelled there was a fire at the Catania airport and Ferrini Home staff reached out to us with this news faster than the airline we were traveling with. Thank you!

"A little bit of bait and swtich."

Clean. Modern. High Ceilings. Good Location.

Check in was poor. We told the host weeks ahead what time we arrive. I texted the host when I left the airport in the taxi and when I was close by. We still ended up waiting 20-30 mins in the street with our bags for the host to show up with the keys. This is unprofessional. The images online are misleading. The host is mixing two separate one-bedroom photos into one listing. One is bright with many windows and a bigger bathroom. The other one-bedroom has one window in the living room and no usable one in the master bed room (= Zero natural light). You can't pick which one bedroom you get as they are sold as one. We ended up in the inferior version, which was rather irritating. Had I seen the actual pictures I would not have booked this room.
