The restaurant/bar downstairs has live music from Thursday to the whole weekend, therefore would appreciate that the accomodation install double windows so that the one sleeping in living room could be less bothered by the restaurant.

The apartment is very well equiped, modern and the location is perfetc to explore Catania. Totally recommend.

we had an amazing stay at Ferrini home. The location was great, just few steps from the main road Etnea where are many shops and restaurant nearby. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable, had everything you need for your holidays. The staff was amazing. Many thanks to Claudia for all her assistance front he begging to the end of our trip. we will definitely come back

Perfectly located and very well equipped! We loved the washing machine, the iron, the great shower and the second bathroom. All in all we very super happy there and will definitely come back!

The location was perfect for a 1-week stay in Catania city with most attractions within walking distance. If you prefer public transportation there were bus stops very close including the airport bus (Alibus) which stop at Via Etnea 143 and a metro station 200 meters away (Stesicoro). Central railway, and the the two main bus, stations were located 1,2 km away. Good bakery, including breakfast stuff, 80 meters away in Via Pacini. Many restaurants within short walking distance. The appartment was very clean, quiet during the night and airpump heating OK although a little noisy. Two bathrooms, one bedroom and one combined living room and kitchen. The hight of the room was impressing 5 meters with wonderful ceiling stuccu. Cleaning service provided once a week or at demand. WiFi fast. Hostess were friendly and responded always quickly by Whatsapp.

The light switch on the stair was difficult to find when it was dark. Once the light stopped when we were walking on the dark stair. The switch downstairs was difficult to locate in the darkness and upstairs it was not clear which of the switchs to press (turn on the light or the bell to the neighboring appartments?). A sensor switch for light would have been more simple and safe. Alternatively, a switch with a lead light. No elevator (appartment first floor). We missed a bread toaster (panetosta) or an air oven. The bed pillows were to big for me. The above is only minor critic that did not hampered our pleasant stay - and we will not hesitate to come again!
