South Seas Ocean Front

The staff was very friendly. The hotel located on the ocean. It has a pool. Food and stores are in walking distance so a car would not be needed.

The staff was pleasant...the location was great.

A/C was sorry...we were on the 6th floor and the elevator was broken night one...which typically wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact that im dealing with a broken ankle. It wasn't the cleanest place...there was no daily maid service. There was a kitchenette...but no utensils pots pans plates or anything. We had the exact number of towels and washcloths as guests and never offered any more. So please be aware of these things before booking.

The hotel could use some upgrades, beds, couch, stove, and tables. The view from the room was great , ocean front.

There was a pimp and a trick there all night.

First of all I will be calling in the morning because idk who told them to charge a deposit for absolutely no REASON. Number one the outside it rat infested. The room is overpriced for it to have women’s hair stuck in the shower drain. The room appearance looks better than it feels. There was a lot of outside traffic and smoking. I literally spent less that 12 hours in this room. Give me my deposit back! I’m 38 hot about that. Feel like I was scammed!

Location

The room was nasty towels and wash clothes were dingy the light in the kitchen came on the first day and that’s it the ac went out 2 nights the toilet didn’t flush the first night staff came and fixed the toilet and told us if it happened again we had t0 take the top off and wiggle some things around like are your serious housekeeping never came to put room the whole 5 days when went to front desk for stuff was told we would get that morning but no one came by to check the whole time the balcony door was horrible we had to keep pulling and pulling for it to open water from the ac was running on the balcony so every time you went out and back in you would have wet footprints everywhere the worst experience I have every had at any hotel
