Element by Marriott Jacksonville Beach

When we first arrived, I asked the FABULOUS Daphne at the front desk how long they’ve been open as the hotel looks brand new. Imagine my surprise when she said several years! Did I mention how fabulous Daphne is and what a great ambassador she is for Marriott? I’m a self proclaimed hotel snob…all I ask for is clean and fresh. This hotel kills it. It is absolutely immaculate from the lobby, to the elevators to the fitness area to the rooms. IMMACULATE!! The breakfast was great..I’m not a big breakfast person, but there were tons of choices. I opted for the fresh yogurt bar. Again…immaculate. We didn’t get to take advantage of the Happy Hour because we were out happy houring at other establishments. The locale of this hotel is fantastic. You are a block away from the beach. Makes for a great beach walk. Clean, safe and we’ll be back! Oh and Daphne…you’re fabulous!

I can not recommend enough this hotel Very clean, everything functional, wonderful breakfast and nice treat at 17,30. Staff discreet and eficient. At reception desk, Jamie was very positive, prompt and efficient. Absolutely wonderful!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly faces of everyone that worked there very accommodating The only thing perhaps that’s a little discouraging is having to pay $15 per day for parking

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. It's a quick walk to the beach, a ton of food options nearby, and very convenient to the Mayo clinic. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay! Hotel was clean and rooms were ideal. Location very close to beach. Breakfast was not bad either. Would definitely stay again.

Glad I picked this hotel. We have been burned by some Marriott beachfront hotels in Florida. This hotel is new, very clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. We had the breakfast grill special every morning. They even have a specialty coffee machine. They host a happy hour with wine and beer on tap. There is a well equipped exercise room and a water filling station. Our room was comfortable and clean. Nice linens, mattress and pillows. Well equipped kitchenette with every small appliance you might need for an extended stay. Even had a special faucet for filtered water and a bottle to fill and store in refrigerator. Can walk to some restaurants, shopping and the beach. They offer bikes for rent and parking was easy. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. I will look for more Element hotels in our travels.
