"Good"

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms. Very disappointing that we were unable enjoy the pool area because of other guests with poor etiquette and hygiene. Staff was unwilling to enforce posted rules and we left early rather than be harassed in the steam room

Super clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Lots of delicious options. Also loved having the option of ordering room service the night before by simply filling out a checklist. Out food arrived exactly on time in the morning. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of countertop space. The general family room was a great place for our older children to hang out and meet other tweenies.

"Delta Dining Room"

We booked reservations for January the 5 th at the venue to try out the restaurant. Great menu with quite a few options to choose from including the children’s’ menu. The ambiance was nice for our dinner reservation. One employee was mopping the floors when we arrived which was bad timing for our reservation. One person in our party just about fell on the wet floor. Our server (Nimby) didn’t acknowledge this issue. During our time Numby was inattentive to our parties needs and requests. Drinks and appetizers took forever to arrive at our table. The tap beer and house wine we ordered did not taste right. Our second drink order was fine which was not the house specialty. The Delta dining room was not busy with customers so not sure why the service was slow. Appetizers were tasty with fabulous presentation. I would highly recommend ordering the appetizers. My favourite was the tomato bruschetta. Later we had another server (Ramon) and his service was excellent meeting all of our needs and requests. Our dinner came out late and all of the meals were over cooked as well as the kids macaroni and cheese. I ordered the Blackened Atlantic Salmon and even the asparagus was over cooked. For dessert I would recommend the warm sticky toffee pudding for dessert it was excellent! Our party of 7 was looking forward to having a wonderful meal at the newly opened restaurant.

Location

The room was a sauna and couldn't change the thermostat. It was 26 degrees celcius and my dogs were over heated. Sauna in the pool was out of order and hot tub was luke warm.
