Superb hygiene, service and view

Access to casino part of the hotel is paid and it is denied to the hotel guests. It is not even open for viewing without payment of Rs 2000 to 5000 per person. Payment without viewing a product is unacceptable. As such we opted out and Ramada lost the revenue.

The skybar staff and Mr Sajit in breakafst - thats all

- extremly noisy from daily party and then 2 hours cleaning the banquet hall - cant sleep - at 4 am smell of old fry oil and all masalas in the room due to bad restaurant exhaust - staff in the breakfast absolutely not caring They just chat and joke between eachother without any care and etiquette for a reputed hotel - very dangerous path to the parking of the taxi and if there heavy bad will be hard to carry This hotel need serios supervision and professional managment involved

Location was good, housekeeping was excellent always near and clean room and services were proper.Beautiful property in terms of facilities and infrastructure.

Restaurant service was pathetic, staff didn't have basic hospitality etiquettes didn't serve water, food was quite average & front office was disaster as they didn't acknowledge at all and nobody wishes me for my bday...I told at check in itself to the staff that I am here to celebrate bday however to my surprise no staff was able to value it and wished me bday...terrible hospitality. At the time of check out shared the feedback to the lady who was least interested for what happened...this was more shocking for me...would never ever stay in Ramada hotels.
