Excellent facilities in the room

Location was very near to the main road

Reception Staff and Sky deck staff very helpful. The room size was very good and comfortable.

The rooms are not sound proof and can hear the furniture moving from the buffet place in our room all day. The music playing at the night club or casino can be heard in the room and at times the doors are jarring when the bass beats are louder. This was very unpleasant from 10pm to 1am. The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and can be heard in the whole room. People talking in the corridor / passage can be heard in the room as if they are in the room with you. The trainee staff need to be groomed to Ramada standards and their supervisors to lead by example. We experienced poor service on our first day for breakfast at the buffet where no attention was given to us, plus the trainee staff did not understand our requests. This did not give us a good feeling about the Hotel.

The location of the property is good. It has a good view of valley. It is at a walking distance from MG Road. Reception and housekeeping staff are very polite and friendly.

Rooms are small compared to other properties in Gangtok. Breakfast is average. Restaurant staff is impolite.

The room were comfortable and spacious. The food and service were excellent. The staff went beyond to help us out and to make our stay special.

Spacious, and cozy room with a stunning view. Conveniently located with friendly and attentive staff.

The quality of the food doesn't quite match the high prices they're charging. The parking is cramped and the entrance lacks the luxurious ambience you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre.

Very rigid staff & managers Faulty central ac and heating system Rooms crammed up. Small in size Toilet exhaust faulty. Al a carte menu v v expensive Staff n mgrs turned down all genuine requests.

The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean and well equipped.
