JPWi-Fiがないと記載されていたが、通信速度の速いWi-Fiが使えた。アクシデントへの対応の際、キャストが丁寧で好感が持てた。値段がリーズナブル。
シャワーのお湯が温まるまで5分以上かかった。 テレビと冷蔵庫付近のコンセントの調子が悪くアクティブなコンセントは1つしかなったため、テレビか冷蔵庫のどちらかしか使えなかった。使用には耐えれるが冷蔵庫の中が汚かった。
