OMOMOMChef and Check in time Omani gentlemen was very good /polite and helpful
Requested a iron and tooth brush on checked in day 15 Aug 2024 at 11:00 PM and they said they will be providing it in 10 minutes and did not delivered and again next day 16 Aug 2024 morning 07:45 AM requested again and they assure that they will deliver that immediately but it wasnt and again requested them same day at 11;00 AM and finally they deliver that by 12:35 AM. Also stayed total 03 nights in the hotel and at the second day requested them to change the bedding and towels and clean up the room at 07;30 AM and cleaning team came by 12:45 PM just to clean and they said they did not have new sheets or the towels and they will change it tomorrow which the day i was checking out but it never happened. Also requested a business invoice through the booking.com app and provided my company VAT no but at the time of the check out they just given me the invoice on my name and when i ask they said they were not aware of it and only that can be done by their manager who was not there at that time so i accepted the normal invoice. At the breakfast the Chef was very good and helpful but the support staff guy (Bangladeshi Naytional) who was just sitting in guest chair not giving any attention so i asked him a bowl to take some food apart from the plates he pointed his fingers to the bowls in the other end so i had to walk their and get it and i asked him on the spot then why are you here. Again the Chef was very good and the check in counter national staff (Omani gentlemen) was very good and helpful.

ITWe had a family room, which was actually a spacious flat with two double rooms, two bathrooms, one large living room with kitchen. The rooms were clean and modern
