Location to airport

Lift not working. No chef on duty. No room service. No air conditioning working in restaurant. All staff had very limited English. No currency exchange. Prearranged airport pick up did not arrive.

"It was an OK place to stay."

Location was good for going to the airport. Free cookies in lobby. Quiet

Description was somewhat misleading. Airport shuttle meant they would call a cab for you. Coffee maker meant a hot water pot and instant coffee. Pool cost money to use.

"Great hotel for catching an early morning flight"

Hotel provided a clean basic room. The desk staff was very helpful with getting an early morning taxi to the airport which is a short ride away. Left too early for their sit down breakfast, but they did provide a to-go bag which was very much appreciated.

Surrounding neighborhood didn't have much to offer, but the hotel keeps their restaurant open late.

Staff is lovely and so helpful. Coffee at breakfast was terrific. The breakfast overall was lovely and really enjoyed the terrace anpace Appreciated the water cooler in lobby and snacks. The luggage scale was brilliant. Carpet in rooms is old but rooms size is good. Would love a bench in the shower but the size was nice and water pressure was great.

"Nice hotel in a great location"

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Would help with anything, starting from money exchange finishing up with ordering a yandex taxi for us all the time.

Maybe having a rooftop restaurant with more food options be a good idea.
